Client's story

Happy stories

Z is an international student whose student visa is about to expire in one week, but he needs to stay for 3 weeks to participate the graduation ceremony and to take a journey to outback Australia with his friends. He heard from his friend that a student visa allows the holder to overstay for no more than 28 days, which was not right.

I explained the reason why he needs to apply for a visitor visa and what consequences will be if he overstays, and how the overstay may affect his further visas. Z followed my instructions and had his visa granted to ensure he can lawfully stay in Australia for the extended period.

More importantly, he kept his immigration history clean and clear.
